The Nottingham Bears are an American Flag Football club based in Beeston, Nottingham, with players from Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire. Flag Football is fast paced, non-contact form of American football. 

Our team welcomes players of all  genders and abilities over 16 years of age. No experience necessary, all you need is some boots and interest in Flag Football.
